GGI employs the following recruitment process.

- Reply with the necessary documents attached to the automatic reply email
- Sending of documents confirmation email (entry completed)
- Document screening
- Sending of document screening result email (interview date and time adjustment for successful applicants)
- Interview selection (in person or online) *Please come in plain clothes in both cases
- Sending interview selection result email (unofficial offer)

We will inform you about the necessary documents in an automatic reply email, so please send the documents in the form of replying to the received email.
- Resume (PDF face photo required)
- Motivation, self-promotion (possible in resume)
- Curriculum vitae
- Portfolio (Limited to works you have created yourself. If you are tracing, copying, etc., please specify so. Not required for production assistants.)
Since it will be sent as data, attach it to an email (please note the size limit (10MB)), upload it to online storage, or upload it to an online video site (youtube, vimeo, etc.), enter the URL and password. If you have set a password, please send the password. If you upload to online storage, please check in advance whether it can be viewed from the outside.
All documents can be handwritten or computer input.
We will send you an email confirming the arrival of the documents.
